摘　　要：分析了当前高校人才队伍建设面临的新形势和高校人才队伍建设存在的主要问题,提出了高校的人才队伍建设要坚持党管人才原则、实施人才强校战略、改变用人观念、引进与培养并举、营造人才成长环境等措施,以构建高水平的人才队伍。This article analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of the talents team construc- tion in institutions of higher learning. This paper puts forward some principles of the talents team construc- tion. These principles are as follows： to persist the principle of the Party assuming the responsibility for carders＇ affairs, implementation of strategy of strengthening schools with talents, changing employment concepts, introduce and cultivate talents growth environment in order to construct high level talents team.
