摘  要:通过对案例教学法简介、具体运用和讨论,展现了运用案例教学法培养骨科护士的临床思维能力的全过程。通过案例的讨论、临床观察的探讨、成功经验的分享和知识链接的学习,达到了提高骨科护士发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的临床思维能力的目的。The paper demonstrates how to train clinical thinking ability of nurses in the Department of orthopedics by means of introduction,application and discussion of case teaching methodology.The cases are clinical and real examples of acute compound injuries which were successfully treated.Through case discussion,clinical observation,share of successful experiences and learning of knowledge links,clinical thinking abilities for nurses to discover problems,analyze problems and solve problems in orthopedics can be improved.The method is worth using for reference.
