摘 要:为提高FSAE赛车的操纵稳定性,利用Adams/Car建立FSAE赛车双横臂前悬架仿真模型,通过双轮同向跳动仿真试验,分析影响悬架性能的参数值及其变化情况;利用Adams/Insight对该悬架进行多目标优化设计,根据优化结果修改部分硬点的坐标值;再次进行双轮同向跳动仿真试验,优化前后的结果对比表明:优化后,悬架的整体性能得到较大提高,有助于整车操纵稳定性的改善。In order to improve the handling stability of FSAE racing car,a model of double-wishbone front suspension for simulation was established based on Adams/Car.According to Parallel Wheel Travel simulation test,the parameters and their changes which can influence suspension's performance have been analyzed. Multi-objective optimization was presented by Adams/Insight.Coordinate values of some hard points were modified according to optimization results.The Parallel Wheel Travel simulation test was done again to compare the suspension's performance before and after optimization.The simulation results show that the suspension' performance has been improved after optimization and it is good to improve the handling stability of FSAE racing car.
