摘 要:当前地方高校会计专业毕业生面临较大的就业压力,造成这种现象的主要原因之一是学生在学校学到的知识与企业所需要的严重脱节,即地方高校培养的学生难以满足社会的需要。所以地方高校要适应区域经济的发展需要,加快会计人才培养模式的转变。采用定性分析法、文献研究法、个案调查法和功能分析法等方法,从人才培养目标的定位、课程体系的设置、实践教学体系、教师教育教学能力提升的途径等方面对地方高校会计人才培养模式进行分析和探讨,探索符合区域经济需要的会计人才培养模式,旨在提升地方院校会计人才的培养质量。The employment pressure for graduates of accounting major is hard currently. One of the major reasons is that the knowledge students have learned from school disconnects drastically with enterprises needs. That is to say, the students of local colleges cannot meet social needs, so local colleges should adapt to the needs of the regional economic development, speeding up the transformation of accounting personnel training mode. With qualitative analysis, literature research, case study method and functional analysis, etc. , the paper analyzed and discussed local college accounting personnel training mode from positioning of talents training goal, the setting of curriculum system, practice teaching system and the method to improve teaching ability of teachers, exploring the accounting personnel training mode which meets the needs of regional economic development, so as to enhance trainillg quality of accounting talent in local colleges.
