摘  要:以高新技术企业知识型员工为调查对象,通过对TRA、TPB和RTPB的多模型对比研究,揭示知识共享意愿(心动)与知识共享行为(行动)间的内在机理。得出结论:TRA模型中,个体知识共享态度和主观规范可以有效预测知识共享意愿,但知识共享意愿对知识共享行为的预测力较低;TPB模型中,感知的行为控制可分别预测个体的知识共享意愿和行为,且该模型的解释力度明显高于TRA模型;RTPB模型较TPB模型的解释力度略有提升,且更为细致地描述了内部控制和外部控制分别对个体知识共享意愿与行为的作用路径;TRA、TPB、RTPB模型均发现,个体从知识共享意愿到知识共享行为的差距确实存在。In order to reveal the mechanism of the relationship between knowledge sharing intension and knowledge sharing behavior, this study conducts a comparative test of TRA, TPB and RTPB, and derives the following conclusions through a field survey of knowledge workers from high-tech enterprises: (1) individual knowledge shar- ing attitude and subjective norm can effectively predict knowledge sharing intension in the TRA model, but the predictive power of knowledge sharing intension to knowledge sharing behavior is low; (2) in the TPB model, per- ceived behavioral control can predict individual's knowledge sharing intension and behavior respectively, the explan- atory power of the model is significantly higher than the TRA model; (3) the explanatory power of RTPB model is a little higher than the TPB model, and can give a more detailed description of the path from the perceived in- temal control and external control to individual knowledge sharing intension and behavior; (4) TRA / TPB / RT- PB model all admit that the intention- behavior gap exists
