摘  要:目的:了解鹤壁市单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌在市售食品中的污染情况。方法:按照食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验部分(GB4789.30-2010)对样品进行检测。结果:5种场所5类食品591份样品共检测出单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌71份,检出率是12.01%。5种场所中宾馆餐厅污染严重,检出率33.18%,其次是咖啡厅,检出率12.36%;5类食品中沙拉和凉拌菜污染严重,检出率30.56%,其次是生肉和半成品肉制品,检出率28.40%。结论:单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的检测在预防食源性疾病和食物安全方面具有重大意义。Objective: To investigate the infectious status of Listeria monocytogenes in food in Hebi. Methods: The food samples were detected according to Food Microbiological Examination in National food safety standard (GB4789.30 -2010). Results: A total of 591 food samples in 5 kinds from 5 places were detected, and Listeria monocytogenes was found in 71 samples( 12.01% ). The hotel has the worst contamination status of the 5 places, whose rate was 33.18%. And salad has the worst contamination status of the 5 kinds of food, whose rate was 30. 56%, followed by raw meat and half - finished meat products(28.40% ). Conclusion: The detection of Listeria monocytogenes has a great significance on the precaution of food - borne disease and food safety.
