摘　　要：增强中等职业教育的吸引力是国内外教育界面临的共同选择。结合当前劳动力市场结构特征,从农村中等职业教育的机会成本、市场收益回报与升学有效衔接三个维度,对中等职业教育市场需求的影响因素进行探讨,提出应推广半工半读制度、实施校企合作和就业准入制度、完善中职教育与高职教育、专业本科教育衔接的政策选择。Summary： How to enhance the attractiveness of secondary vocational education？ Combined with the new changes in the labor market,factors of three dimensions were employed to explain the demands of secondary vocational education,which are the opportunity cost,achieve of market returns and effective convergence of further studies.The results indicate： promotion of work-study system,the implementation of the school-enterprise cooperation and the employment vocational permit system,improving the convergence of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education,undergraduate education.
