地方高校大学英语教师专业发展体系探索——以德州学院为例

摘　　要：本文对大学公共英语师资现状进行了分析,确定了大学英语教师专业发展的内容与目标,从注重自我发展、加强教师之间的合作学习、开展校本培训三个维度建构了地方院校大学英语教师专业发展体系,该体系提高了教师的专业素养,促进了大学教师的可持续发展。Based on the analysis of current situation of the faculty in our department,we work out college teacher’s professional development objectives and contents and build College English Teacher’s Professional Development System from stressing autonomous development,strengthening cooperation learning and launching in-service teacher’ s training three aspects,which enhances the college English teacher’ s professional quality and promote their sustainable development.
