摘　　要：地方政府规范性文件作为一种特殊的法律文本,在其英译过程中有其固有的翻译模式和方法。文章基于对地方政府规范性文件内涵的解读,通过对地方政府规范性文件的英译实践分析,探索了地方政府规范性文件的汉英翻译规律和原则,阐释了在翻译过程中应该注意的主要问题。As a special legal text, there are certain translation models and principles in the process of Chinese-English translation about normative documents of local government. Based on the meaning and connotations of the normative documents of local government, through the analyses of its Chinese-English translation, the article explores the regular patterns and principles of the translation about Chinese normative documents, and explains the related problems in the process of translating.
