摘　　要：麦克斯韦的全电流方程式与交流电路基本算符的综合形式是能统一的。本文揭示了一个重要的结果,那就是容性和感性两种统一算符分别为同一交流基本算符在以容性参数为主和以感性参数为主的电路系统中的具体表现形式,导纳统一运算方程组的规则适用于电介质材料基本电参数的定义,阻抗统一运算方程组的规则适用于磁介质材料基本电参数的定义。The equation for the total current in the Maxwell equations set and the compuehensive form of the basic operators of the alternating current circuit is unified. Here an important result is revealed in this paper, that is, the two kinds of unified operator of capacitive and inductive are specific forms of representation of one and the same basic operator in a circuit system with mainly the capacitive parameters and one with mainly the inductive parameters, respectively. The rules for the unified admittance calculating equations set applies to the definition of the basic electrical parameters of dielectric materials while the unified impedance calculating equations set to the definition of the basic electrical parameters of magnetic materials.
