关于高中体育理论课教学的思考

摘　　要：如何上好体育理论课对于提高体育教学的整体水平有非常重要的意义。本文在充分肯定中学体育理论课教学的重要性的基础上,阐述了提高体育教师专业理论水平是上好体育理论课的前提,同时也论证了将多学科内容融合于体育教学可作为满足学生发展的有效途径,认为结合体育赛事及运动欣赏能够成为激发学生学习体育理论的有效方法,应将转变理论课教学观作为提高体育理论课教学的关键,将运用现代技术作为体育理论课教学的有效手段。It has very important significance to have good sports theoretical classes in improving the overall level of physical education teaching quality. Through fully recognizing the importance of sports theoretical classes in high school education, the thesis expounds that raising the teachers＇ level of physical education professional theories is the precondition of designing good sports theoretical courses. Furthermore, the thesis demonstrates that the muhidisciplinary fusion in the sports teaching content can be used as an effective way to meet students＇ developing demands. It is well known that the mode of combining sports events with sports appreciation can stimulate the student＇ study effectiveness of sports theories. Now we should shift theoretical P.E. class teaching as the key to improve the sports classes teaching. We should also adopt modern technology in sports theoretical class teaching as another effective way to improve P.E. classes in high schools.
