摘　　要：高职院校职业道德教育对培养生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高素质技能型人才具有重要意义。工学结合背景下,高职生职业道德教学内容存在诸多问题,影响着教学的实效性,必须对高职生职业道德教学内容进行改革。Professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges plays a very important role in cultivating skilled talents with high-quality for production, construction, services and management .Under the background of work-integrated learning, there are many problems existing in the teaching content of professional ethics education, which will affect the teaching effectiveness .It is necessary to make reform to the teaching content.
