摘  要:在教师自主发展的实践活动中,教师意志不仅对教师的认知和行为具有调控作用,体现了教师的主体性,最终还决定着实践活动是否能够成功。由于教师意志的薄弱造成的行为"惰性"已成为阻碍教师成长的主要问题。教师的成长过程总是面临多样化的生存境遇危机、教师的自主领域保障制度不够完善、教师主体意识缺乏等多方面的挑战。应对这些挑战,需要将教师意志贯穿于教师成长的全过程,同时,还要提升教师的包容能力,增加情感投入,鼓励教师进行"深度对话"。只有这样,才能使教师意志在教师的自主发展中发挥积极的作用。In the practical activities of teacher' s self-directed development, the teacher will not only regulates teach- er' s cognition and behavior, reflecting the teacher' s subjectivity, but also eventually decides whether the practical activities get results or not. Inert behavior caused by the weakness of teacher will has become the factor hindering teacher' s develop- ment. In a teacher's development, he or she will be inevitably confronted with various challenges like survival crisis, im- perfect protection system in teacher's autonomous field, and teacher's lack of subject consciousness. To meet with these challenges, it is necessary to carry and highlight the teacher will throughout the whole process of teacher's development. Besides, we should also try to improve teachers' ability to tolerate, invest into more emotion and encourage teachers to con- duct the in-depth dialogue. Only in this way, can we wish the teacher will to play an active role in teacher' s self-directed development.
