摘　　要：本文基于企业成长能力与成长绩效协同关系视角,以上市农业企业样本数据,应用复合系统协同度模型,实证分析了企业成长能力与成长绩效子系统有序度间的关系。结果发现:企业成长能力与成长绩效显著相关,不同企业之间存在差异。Based on the synergetic relationship perspective between growth ability and growth performance, constructs a measurement index system of synergy degree, combines with the sample data of listed agricultural enterprises, uses the synergy degree model of composite system to calculate the order degree and synergy degree of subsystem of growth ability and growth performance. Through the empirical results analysis, screens out some mainly servo action order parameters of each subsystem, and further uses the gray correlation analysis method to explore the correlation between the order degree of growth ability subsystem and growth performance subsystem, aims to give enterprises some decision-making guidance to enhance their growth performance.
