从明清十大商帮的宿命探索当代温州商帮的文化创新

摘　　要：十大商帮在明清时期盛极一时,但最终因小农经济意识、区域封闭性和非制度化的企业管理等文化缺陷而湮灭。温州商帮是当今国内成绩最突出的企业家群体之一,但也遭遇发展瓶颈。温州商帮应吸取明清十大商帮的经验及教训,创新思想意识,改变交易方式,完善企业管理制度,建立区域特色文化,以保持活力并延长生命力。The ten merchant groups in Ming and Qing dynasty were once very popular,but they disappeared due to the petty-farmer economic consciousness,isolation in geography and unscientific management.Wenzhou merchant group is one of the most outstanding merchant groups at home and abroad,but it has encountered the bottleneck in its development.Wenzhou merchant group should draw lessons from the ten merchant groups of Ming and Qing dynasty,bring forth new ideas,change the way of transaction,improve their management system,establish the culture with the local characteristics to keep and prolong their vitality.
