摘　　要：湖北医药学院药护学院作为湖北省唯一独立设置的医学本科独立学院,开办10年来,成效显著。本文从学院的办学定位、培养目标、人才培养模式、教学管理等方面,介绍了学院办学的经验和特色,旨在为独立学院的全面、健康发展提供参考。Institute of Medicine and Nursing of Hubei University of Medicine as the only independent set of undergraduate medical independent college, opened 10 years, with remarkable results. This pa-per from the school location, school training objectives, talent training mode, teaching management, introduces the experience and characteristics of our school, in order to provide reference for compre-hensive, for the healthy development of independent institute.
