摘  要:为了高效率、低成本地对物流配送企业进行人力资源绩效考核,采用了BP神经网络、360°考核法开发了绩效考核系统.首先请人力资源专家提供100组训练样本,然后应用神经网络进行残差分析,发现疑似人为误差较大的样本,给出建议修改范围,请专家复核,最后使用校正后的样本对神经网络进行训练.这一流程有助于神经网络减少训练时间,提高评价精度.和其它评价模式相比较,神经网络评价模式能够引导员工均衡发展各项指标,保证服务质量.In order to conduct human resource appraisal for logistics companies at a high efficiency with low cost, this study developed a performance appraisal system by using the BP neural network and the 360° assess- ment method. Firstly, the human resource experts provided lO0 samples as the training samples. Then, the samples that might contain large human errors were detected with a suggestive range of modification and were sent to the experts for review by applying the neural network residual analysis. Lastly, the corrected samples were used to train the neural network. This process can help the neural network to reduce training time and to improve evaluation accuracy. Compared to other evaluation models, the neural network evaluation model is able to encourage the employees to develop all indicators comprehensively to ensure the service quality.
