摘 要:通过动力特性试验分析了两种设计方案受电弓上臂横梁部件的抗疲劳性能.在动车组时速350km/h的情况下,测试了受电弓上臂横梁部件关键部位的动应力.对各个测点的应力时间历程进行统计,得到了相应的均值、方差、最大值和最小值.对比两种方案的动应力统计特征值表明,方案二上臂横梁的结构强度特性优于方案一.采用雨流计数法编制了各测点的八级应力谱,并采用Goodman公式进行了对称化修正.结合铝合金材料的S-N曲线,采用Miner线性累积损伤理论预测了两种横梁部件的疲劳寿命.对比结果表明,方案二受电弓横梁部件的疲劳寿命明显提高.Anti-fatigue performance of two upper-arm cross beam components of pantograph is analyzed by dy- namic experiment. At the speed of 350 km/h, dynamic stresses of the key points at the upper-arm cross beam components of pantograph are measured. The means, variances, maximum and minimum of dynamic stresses are obtained by counting stresse time history of the key-points. Statistic results show that the strength characteristics of the second upper-arm cross beam components are superior to those of the first ones. Eight level stress spec- trums of the key-points are programmed by rain-flow counting method. The stress spectrums are symmetrically modified by Goodman equation. Based on the S-N curve of an alloy material, fatigue endurance of the two cross beam components are predicted by Miner linear cumulative damage law. The comparison results show that the fa- tigue endurance of the second cross beam components of pantograph is increased m'eatlv.
