我国建材行业继续教育现状分析及思考

摘　　要：建材行业是国民经济的支柱产业,继续教育是提高从业人员素质和能力的重要手段,从业人员的继续教育与建材行业的发展直接相关,并对国民经济的发展具有重要影响。为了掌握建材行业继续教育现状,课题组对我国建材行业企业、院所开展了抽样问卷调查和走访。在对访谈和调查问卷进行整理分析后,基本了解建材行业开展继续教育现状,明确了建材行业继续教育中存在的主要不足,并给出了相应的对策和建议。Building materials industry is the pillar industry of national economy and further education is an important means to improve the staff＇ s quality and ability. The staff＇ s further education is directly related to the development of the building industry and has an important influence on the development of the national economy. In order to know the present situation of the further education in the building materials industry, our researching group carried out samples, questionnaires, surveys and interviews to the enterprises and institutes of China＇s building materials industry. After analyzing these interviews and questionnaires, we have a basic understanding about the present situation of the further education in the building materials industry and we find out the main problems of further edu- cation in the building materials industry. Moreover, we present the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
