摘  要:目的优选啤酒花多酚的最佳提取工艺。方法以乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声功率、超声提取时间为考察因素,以多酚含量为指标,采用正交实验优选提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数70%,料液比为1∶15,超声功率为300 W,提取时间为30min,在此条件下啤酒花多酚的平均提取率可达38.21mg.g-1。结论该提取工艺简便、快捷,适用于啤酒花多酚的提取。Objective To optimize the extraction technique of polyphenols from Hurnulus lupulus L.. Methods The extraction process was optimized by an orthogonal test with the extraction rate of polyphenols as an evaluation index. The different volume percent of alchol,liquid-material ratio,ultrasonic extraction time and ultrasonic extraction power were changed as factors. Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:volume percent of alchol 70 ~ ,material-liquid ratio 1 ~ 15, ultrasound extracting power 300 W,extraction time 30 min. Under these conditions, the maximal yield of total polyphenols reached 38.21 mg · g^-1. Conclusion The extraction method is simple,rapid and applicable for the extraction of polyphenols from Hurnulus lupulus L..
