高等体育院校办学定位、办学特色与学科建设的探析

摘　　要：近10多年来面对高等教育日趋激烈竞争的形势,我国各高等体育院校均在大力加强学科建设,在办学过程中突出自身的学科优势与特色,提高学校的核心竞争力。高等学校的学科发展水平决定着一所高校的办学层次与水平、办学特色和综合实力,学科建设是高等体育学校建设的核心,是构筑和提升学校核心竞争力的必由之路。在分析我国高等体育院校办学定位的基础上,结合本校建设教学研究型体育大学目标与学科发展状况,探讨高等体育院校办学特色与学科建设相互关联的一些基本问题,以指导学校的学科建设工作。Compelled by competition of higher education in the last decade, disciplinary construction gains a new pace in China＇s physical education institutes. Measures are seen nationwide such as to give a full play of one＇s characteristics and edge to enhance one＇ s core competence. The level of disciplinary competence, thus, becomes a decisive factor to rank an in- stitute in term of its schooling quality, its uniqueness and its capacity. Disciplinary construction should be placed above all constructions and be regarded as the only way to approach to enhance the core of schooling competence. In line with ongoing disciplinary construction for an academy - orientated university carried out in Xian Physical Educational Institute, the retro- spection of the schooling qualities make it possible in this article to discuss some fundamental problems that connect with the school - running characteristics and disciplinary construction in higher physical education institutes.
