摘　　要：为评价改良的煌绿乳糖胆盐肉汤培养基(简称BGLB)的检测效果。参照ISO/TS11133-2培养基质量控制标准的要求,比较改进后产品HKM BGLB对大肠菌群标准菌株进行测试。改进产品HKM BGLB与国外品牌BD和OXOID同类产品对阳性菌培养后培养基仍然澄清透明,小导管的气体容易收集和观察,抑制革兰氏阳性(G+)球菌效果良好,检测灵敏度相当。OTo evaluate the detection effects of the improved BGLB medium,the effects of the improved HKM brilliant green lactose bile（BGLB） medium with BGLB media from other domestic and overseas were compared according to ISO/TS11133-2 standard of quality control method for culture meida.The clarity and gas production of the improved HKM BGLB medium were as same as the BD and OXOID,better than other domestic products,and the selectivity and sensitivity of the improved HKM BGLB were as same as other four products.
