摘  要:人民法院注重与公安机关、检察机关及司法行政机关教育职能的有机衔接,依托庭前准备程序的铺垫,从未成年被告人的个体生理和心理特点及庭前、庭中、判后各阶段不同的教育侧重点出发,精心设计教育情境,合理安排教育内容,发挥所有参与诉讼人员的教育合力,激发被告人的主体性,在审判程序的"全过程"实现对被告人多层次、"全方位"的感化教育,从而重塑其内心意识结构及法律道德观念的审理方式应当成为法庭教育制度改革的一个有益样本。The people's court pays attention to the organic connection with the Police, the procuratorial organs and the judicial administrative organs.relying on the pre-trial procedure to pave the way, based on physiological and psychological characteristics of the minor defendant, and the focus of different education stage of the pre-court ,throughout court and after sentence, design education situation, reasonable arrange teaching content, play all participate in litigation education, subjectivilize the defendant in trial procedure.The entire process give the defendant multi-level, all-round education, reshaping his inner consciousness concept structure and the legal and moral idea. This trial mode should become a useful sample court to reform of the education system.
