摘　　要：20世纪80年代以来,西方国家公立大学引发了学术资本主义浪潮。大学教师作为学术资本主义的核心要素,受到了极大的冲击和影响。学术资本主义不仅引起了大学教师个体角色、地位、价值观等的变化,也导致了大学教师群体的分化。这些变化和影响对我国大学教师的发展和大学建设有许多启示。Since the nineteen eighties, the public universities in western nations have caused the tide of academic capitalism. As the core, the university teachers have been impacted greatly. Academic capitalism has not only caused the changes in the roles, status and value of university teachers, but also resulted in polarization of them. These changes and influences provide lots of enlightenment for the development of China＇s university teachers and universities.
