摘  要:学生志愿服务在高校学生工作中始终扮演着颇为重要的角色。民族高校的多民族学生构成等具有特殊性,因而学生志愿服务,也具有特殊性。民族高校,德育教育与志愿服务互为促进,互惠双赢,二者实践模式及运行效果在民族高校的学生工作中,具有一定的典型性。德育教育是民族高校学生志愿服务中的基本一环、重要一环、关键一环,德育教育促进志愿服务,并通过志愿服务完成,志愿服务也为德育教育进行绩效反馈,在健全各民族学生民族意识和人格结构的同时,揭示其中问题;然而,要推动民族高校志愿服务活动的进一步深化发展,尚有不少问题需要研究和解决。The volunteer service of students is always playing an important role in the work for college students. The composition of multi - national students in minority colleges is particular, so the volunteer service of students is also particular. In the ethnic colleges, moral education and volunteer service promote each and are reciprocal. The practical pattern and running effect of them in the work for students in ethnic college are typical. Moral education is a basic tache, an important tache, and a key tache in volunteer service of students in minority colleges. Moral education stimulates volunteer service and finish through volunteer serv- ice, and volunteer service feeds back performance in moral education, revealing problems in perfecting nation- al consciousness and personality structure of students from all nationalities. However, to promote deep development of volunteer service activity in ethnic colleges, there still many problems to be researched and settled.
