略论澳门小学语文教师应具备的素养及能力  

On the Literacy and Language Ability in Primary Language Education in Macao

摘  要:澳门小学语文教育现正在进行一系列的改革,其背景包括澳门教育暨青年局拟订小学语文基本学历要求,澳门大学进行全面的课程改革等。为了配合这个新形势,澳门大学教育学院小学专业进行了一些调整,以加强学员的语文素质及能力。小学语文教师应具备文化知识素质、语文能力素质和文学审美素质等,以提升小学语文科的教学效果。Chinese language in primary education in Macao is facing a series of reforms. Firstly, the Education and Youth Bureau is now drawing up basic requirements for primary language education. Secondly, University of Macao has carried out a comprehensive curriculum reform in order to adapt to the challenges of the new century. In order to cope with this new situation ,primary program in School of Education has made some adjustments to strengthen the linguistic quality and ability for students in recent years. Primary language teachers are needed to im-prove their quality of cultural knowledge, language capacity and aesthetic appreciation in literature, enhancing their teaching results of Chinese language in primary schools.
