高职院校学生职业素质教育模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：良好的职业素质最能体现高职教育所培养学生的内在特征,也是区别于其他高等教育所培养人才的重要特质。高职院校加强学生职业素质教育应以凸显职业性、注重实践性、坚持人本性为理念指导。南京工业职业技术学院创建了"围绕一个目标,促进两个融合,建设三个平台,实现四个结合,打造五大中心"的学生职业素质教育模式,培养"合格+特长"的学生。Good vocational qualities are the best expression to the inherent characteristics of higher vocational school students and are the important traits differing from talents graduated from other higher education institutions.For enhancing students＇ vocational quality education,higher vocational schools should regard highlighting the occupational nature,paying attention to the practicality and insisting on humanism as the idea guidance.Nanjing Vocational and Technical College of Industry has established the student vocational quality education mode of ＂centering on one objective,promoting two integration,establishing three platforms,achieving four combination,and building five centers＂ to cultivate students of ＂qualified and special skills＂.
