摘　　要：为了适应乳制品行业的现实和现代乳制品行业的发展要求,从现有的技术及基础条件入手,特别是在河北省食品质量监督检验研究院"乳制品质量监测分析"的基础上,设计和实现了一个基于Asp.net MVC3框架的乳制品安全风险监测模型预警系统。该系统分为企业端和监测端两部分,均采用Asp.net MVC3框架实现。实际应用表明,该系统具有操作简便、监测有力的特点,达到了设计要求。In order to adapt to the reality and development of modern dairy industry,based on the current technology and conditions,especially on the condition of ＂dairy products quality monitoring and analysis＂ in the food quality supervision and inspection institute of HeBei province,we use Asp.net MVC3 framework to designed and realized the dairy safety risk monitoring model and early warning system.The system contains the factory ending and monitoring ending realized by Asp.net MVC3.The actual application shows that,this system has the advantages of simple operation,powerful monitoring and meets the design requirements.
