“课前精彩亮相三分钟”在高师教学中的实施探析——以“思想政治学科教学论”为例

摘　　要："课前精彩亮相三分钟"是培养和提升师范生从教素质的课前综合训练活动。在高师"思想政治学科教学论"的课前教学中实施此活动,符合师范生的心理特征,凸显了此课程的实践性质,符合师范教育的培养目标。实施活动时应安排有序、要求具体、注重实效、以鼓励为主并强调总结反思。同时,活动中要严格控制时间,加强活动后师生间的有效沟通并及时调控"亮相"后学生的心绪。＂Splendid appearance for three minutes before class＂ is one of comprehensive training activities before class to cultivate and improve normal college students＇ teaching quality. The implementation of the activities in the ideological theory of political teaching in normal universities is in line with the students＇ psychological characteristics, highlights the practical nature of the course, and is in line with the training goal of normal education. Implement activities should be arranged order- ly and requirements should be detailed, pragmatic, teachers should give priority to encourage students and emphasize sum- mary reflection. At the same time, we should strictly control the time during the activities, strengthen communication effectively between teachers and students after the activity and timely regulate student＇s mood after the ＂appearance＂.
