摘　　要：在不同的经济发展阶段,由于社会经济发展水平不同,就业能力具有不同的时代内涵。在弹性化管理背景下,社会组织对个体就业能力的要求发生了变化,个体应通过学习掌握多维性的就业能力以适应社会组织结构的变革和职业流动。基于此,职业教育对就业能力的理论构建应该以社会经济发展水平为前提,对就业能力的培养应该以多能型人才目标为导向,应该适应职业流动的需要。In the different stage of economic development,the employability has different connotations because of different social and economic development level.Under the background of flexible management,the demand of social organizations for employability of individuals has been changed.So the individuals should learn and grasp the multi-dimensional employability to suit for the structural reform of social organizations and the occupational mobility.Based on that,the construction of employability theory in vocational education should be premised on the level of social and economic development,while the cultivation of employability should insist the orientation of cultivating talents with diversified competency and adapt to the demand of occupational mobility.
