摘　　要：本文设计并合成了两个含手性边臂的β-环糊精衍生物,在水溶液中它们与钌形成配合物,该配合物成功的将1-(9'-嘌呤基)-2-丙酮还原得到1-(9'-嘌呤基)-2-丙醇。反应给出了高的分离产率和一定的对映体选择性,为核苷类化合物的合成提供了新的思路。Twoβ-cyclodextrin derivatives with chiral side-ann were synthesized. Their complexes with Ru in aqueous were formed and could reduce l-（gH-purin-9-yl）propan-2-one into 1-（9H-purin-9-yl）propan-2-ol efficiently, giving excellent separation yields and low enantioselectivity. It was the first report on the application of β-cyclodextrin derivative as assistant in the synthesis of chiral acyclic nucleosides,providing a new approach to obtain nucleosides.
