摘 要:迁移管是离子迁移谱仪的核心部件,性能优劣直接影响仪器的好坏。分辨率和灵敏度是迁移管的重要性能指标,受到迁移管多个结构参数的影响。为了研究不同结构参数对迁移管性能的影响,为迁移管的设计优化提供指导,根据迁移管分辨率和灵敏度的理论,应用SIMION/SDS多物理场仿真方法对迁移区电场强度、离子门脉冲宽度、迁移管长度等因素进行了仿真研究。根据仿真结果,得到了上述因素对迁移管性能的影响趋势,得出了最优的参数设计。Drift tube is the key component of ion mobility spectroscopy(IMS) instruments,which impacts the performance of IMS instruments directly.And resolution and sensitivity are the core performance indicators of drift tube affected by several structural parameters.In order to study how the different parameters impact on the performance of drift tube,electric field strength of drift region,the width of ion gate pulse,length of drift region and other structure and control parameters were studied through the multi-physics simulation method based on SIMION/SDS.According to the results,trends on which factors impact on performance of drift tube were obtained.On the basis,the optimal design parameters were obtained.
