摘  要:研究了小麦胚芽水溶性提取物对乳腺癌细胞(MDA-MB231)增殖活性、生长曲线和细胞形态的影响。结果表明:脱脂小麦胚芽水溶性提取物对MDA-MB231细胞生长有明显的抑制效应,并呈现了一定的时间剂量效应。从细胞生长曲线上可以看出小麦胚芽水溶性提取物对MDA-MB231细胞的生长具有明显的抑制效果,随着水提取添加量的增加癌细胞数量急剧减少,甚至会出现负增值。光学显微镜观察到提取物作用后的癌细胞,细胞数明显变少,细胞贴壁异常,细胞纤维状消失,逐渐变圆,簇集成团。以上结果表明小麦胚芽水溶性提取物具有较强的体外抗乳腺癌生理活性,具有潜在的开发前景。The inhibitory effect of wheat germ water - soluble extract (GWWSE) on the proliferation activity, growth curve and cellular morphology of human breast cancer cell line MDA - MB231 in vitro was examined in this paper. The results showed that,the inhibition of defatted GWWSE on the proliferation of MDA - MB231 cell was remarkable and existed in dose - and time - dependent manners, which could be showed in the cell growth curve. With the increasing additive amount of GWWSE, the cancer cells decreased dramatically, even with negative increase. Through light microscope, after treated with GWWSE, MDA - MB231 cell showed an obvious decrease in quantity, with abnormal cell adherence and disappearing fiber - like cell, which was getting round and gathering into a cluster. The results above show that GWWSE has strong anti -breast cancer physiological activity in vitro and has the poten- tial development prospect.
