摘  要:针对太阳光强度和方向的非线性,难以建立精确数学模型的问题,提出模糊控制算法,通过模糊语言的描述实现太阳自动跟踪,保证光伏电池方阵随时与阳光入射角垂直,电池方阵接收太阳辐射能量的效率最高。首先提出系统双轴跟踪方式,设计采用4个传感器实现双轴跟踪,根据传感器输出的电压差信号进行推理和决策,得到步进电机控制量,经驱动电路驱动电机转动,自由调整电池组方阵的姿态。基于单片机设计了用模糊控制算法实现的跟踪控制系统,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真表明能够实现准确跟踪,然后以LY-51S单片机开发板为平台进行电路调试,结果能够跟踪光源,实现成本较低的数字化智能跟踪,具有较高的研究价值和现实意义。To the problem of the non-linear characteristics of sunlight strength and direction, the difficulty in mathematical modeling, a fuzzy control algorithm is proposed. The fuzzy language is used to realize solar automatic tracking, keep the solar panels array and solar vertical to achieve the most efficient power. At first, put forward a dual-axis tracking system, which consists of four sensors, then com- plete reasoning and decision making according to the potential difference from sensors, drive the stepping motors to adjust the position of panels array. Subject to microcontroller, a solar tracking system based on fuzzy control algorithm is built. The simulation results on Mat- lab/Simulink show the practicability, the circuit testing on LY-51S MCU development platform indicate that the system can track the sun accurately, and is able to achieve a low cost digital intelligent tracking.
