摘 要:开发大电网在线实时安全稳定控制系统,重点在于电网的实时连通控制。根据电力系统具有混杂特性,提出了一种分布式控制算法来保持整个电网的连通性,辨识电力系统关键线路,建立稳定连通的系统网架。电网发电过程具有动态连续特性,利用网络邻域势场维护现有电网的正常运行。同时,电网中各种突发事件和事故的发生在时间和空间上都具有高度的离散性,在删除网络某些线路时为避免电网产生几个孤立集团现象,提出分布式异步算法和基于市场机制的控制算法来确保电网动态运行时的实时连通性。仿真结果表明动态删除网络某些线路仍可使网络保持连通并得到一个电力系统关键线路图,以此证实了本文算法的有效性和可行性。Development of the power control system online real-time security and stability, the key is the connectivity control of the power system real-time. According to the hybrid properties of power system, a distributed control algorithm is proposed to guarantee connec- tivity of the overall power system, identify critical lines and establish a stable connected network framework. Because the power genera- tion process has dynamic continuous properties, nearest neighbor potential fields could be used to maintain the normal operation of the power system. Simultaneously, all kinds of emergencies and accidents happening in power system have highly discrete properties in time and space, in order to avoid a power system becoming several isolated individuals when multiple links were deleted at one time, real - time connectivity control of the power system in dynamic operating is achieved by means of gossip algorithms and distributed market - based control. Simulation results demonstrate that the overall network is connected when links are deleted and finally critical line of the power system is obtained, this algorithm is more reasonable.
