摘  要:目的比较军医大学两种类别学员素质发展的不同特点,为教育管理者提供参考。方法应用已经建立的综合素质评估指标体系,对某军医大学新生连续进行3次(每隔半年1次)素质测查。采用重复测量的方差分析进行比较,类别和时间有交互效应的,再进行协方差分析。结果综合素质总分及各分项素质-思想道德素质、科学文化素质、专业素质、心理素质、身体素质、基本能力素质方面,均存在类别与时间之间的交互作用(F=24.480,6.083,16.055,17.692,11.278,60.761,27.084;P<0.05),因此进行协方差分析,无军籍学员的综合素质及各分项素质提高程度均大于战士学员(F=130.085,58.312,181.582,61.559,1321.676,64.521,158.342;P<0.05)。结论无军籍学员在校期间素质提高较明显,军医大学今后开展素质教育时要更加关注战士学员的身心素质发展。Objective To compare the development characteristic of compositive diathesis of different sorts of military medical undergraduates and put forward references for educators.Methods Based on the established compositive diathesis index system,we surveyed on all freshmen of a military medical university to continuously observe the changes every 6 months.The results were analyzed with repeated measure analyses and covariance analyses if there were interactions.Results The compositive diathesis and all the subitems showed interactions between sort and time(F=24.480,6.083,16.055,17.692,11.278,60.761,27.084;P0.05).Their development were different in different sorts,and those of the undergraduates not having been recruited by army were better than those of soldier undergraduates(F=130.085,58.312,181.582,61.559,1321.676,64.521,158.342;P0.05).Conclusion The diathesis developments of undergraduates not having been recruited by army are better than those of soldier undergraduates.The military medical university should pay more attention to mentality and corporeity diathesis of soldier undergraduates.
