光电效应普朗克常数测定中截止电位Us的解析表示

摘　　要：本文从理论上研究了截止电位附近区域 ,光电管的伏安特性 .根据肖脱基效应 ,推导出截止电位的解析表达式 ,采用“解析法”替代原实验的“抬头点法”确定截止电位 ,改进了光电效应测量普朗克常数实验 ,减少测量误差 .This thesis discusses the Volt-Amperer characetristics of phototube in the nearby regian of the stopping potential in theory and according to Shottky effect,deduction of the analytic representation of the potential U s.The is adopted instead of “rising dots” method used in original experiments to measure the atopping potential,so that the experiment for measureing the Plank's constant with photoelectric effect is adequately improved and the errors inmeasuring are reduced.
