摘  要:在国内外企业中普遍存在着X(低 )效率现象 ,它是一种传统经济理论单纯从资金和技术角度无法解释的来源不明的低效率现象。由西方学者提出的X(低 )效率理论对影响企业经济活动效率的来源强调了人的心理与生理活动和非理性倾向等方面。在对X(低 )效率成因的探讨中 ,最易被研究者和实践者所忽略的往往是文化和人格这两个方面。尽管二者涉及的内容范围有所不同 ,但却是影响人的行为乃至企业经济效率的最深刻、持久的因素层面 。The X(low) efficiency phenumena exist universally in business. The phenumena can not be explained by the tranditional economic theory simply in terms of capital and technology, and therefore their causes have not been fairly known. It is the culture and personality aspects that are most easily neglected by the researchers and business managers in the exploration and discussion for the causes of the X(low) efficiency. Although their content and scope are different, these two aspects are the most profound and permanent factors that affect the business economic efficiency, and they may explain and exert influence on the non\|rational force in individuals or collectives.
