摘　　要：国家职业教育制度与市场经济体制的不断发展成熟,是高等职业教育主体的自主人格形成与完善的时代背景。高职院校的自主权以服务市场经济、实现优良就业为导向,在法治之下,对外明晰独立人格、对内树立行为规范是高职院校自主权实现的根本路径。National vocational educa tion system and market economy continues to mature,it is historical background for formation and perfection of personality autonomy of higher vocational education.The autonomy in higher vocational college serve the market economy and realize good employment-oriented.Under the rule of the law,we must clarity independent personality outside,establish a code of conduct inside is a basic way to realize autonomy in higher vocational colleges.
