摘 要:HAB-1是-株来自植物根际具有较强抑菌作用的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis),将其接种N7种培养基平板上,培养72h后观察HAB-1的菌落形态及不同培养基质对HAB-1抑菌活性的影响。结果表明,在7种培养基平板上,HAB-1的菌落形态存在明显差别,菌落直径为7.95—23.51mm不等;通过平板对峙培养法发现,来自不同培养基培养的HAB-1对橡胶树炭疽病菌等12株植物病原真菌的抑菌活性存在较大差异,对同-种病原菌的抑菌率差别最大为31.33%,最小为2.66%。通过对7种培养基组分分析发现.C源和金属离子对HAB-1抑菌活性的影响较为明显,而N源则影响不大。从本试验结果可知,不同培养基组分对HAB-1的影响较大,除了影响生长速度外,对其抑菌活性物质的产生也起到重要作用。本研究为后续对该菌的发酵及抑菌物质的研究奠定了基础。Bacillus subtilis HAB-1 was isolated from the rhizosphere and has a strong inhibitory effect, when cultured for 72 h on different culture, media observed the colony morphology of HAB-1 and it inhibitory activity to plant pathogenic fungi. The results showed that the colony morphology of HAB-1 is obviously different in different medium plate, colony diameter ranged from 7.95-23.51 mm; though flat confrontation experiments find that antibacterial activity which HAB-1 from different media to 12 plant pathogenic fungi there is a extremely difference, the same pathogen inhibition rate difference of up to 31.33%, a minimum of 2.66%. By analyzing 7 medium component find that C source and metal ions on the HAB-1 inhibitory activity is more obvious, and N source has little effect. From the experimental results, different medium components on HAB-I has a greater impact, in addition to affecting the growth rate also plays an important role in its generation of antibacterial substances. This also laid the foundation for the subsequent fermentation of bacteria and antibacterial substances.
