摘  要:通过对两种一平移两转动的并联机构进行结构组成和结构特性分析,优选出其中一种作为多雏振动筛的主体机构,利用ADAMS软件建立主机构的虚拟样机,完成虚拟样机的运动仿真。以并联机构作为振动筛的主体机构,由于筛面可实现空间多维运动,突破了目前大多数振动筛面只做平面往复运动的局限,使筛分效率进一步提高。This paper looked on parallel mechanism as composition as well as the characteristics of structure of two the main body of the vibrating screen. After analyzing the parallel mechanisms, one of the mechanisms was determined. Kinematics performance of the main body was simulated with software ASAMS, as a result, the motion curves of the screening surface was gained. The multi-dimensional vibrating screen has higher screening efficienc contrasts reciprocal vibrating screen for multi-dimensional vibrating screen has parallel motion modes.
