摘　　要：欧洲质量框架(EQF)是推动欧洲一体化、人才培养的国际化和劳动市场流动性的主要政策杠杆。它为欧洲各国职业教育的发展和改革指明了方向,为国家质量框架的制定提供了依据。意大利在此基础上对国家职业教育与培训的质量保障和证书认证制度进行了一系列的改革,其经验对我国职业教育的发展有一定的启示。EQF is the main policy lever to promote European integration, internationalization of tal- ents training and mobility of labor market. It directs the development and innovation of European voca- tional education and helps to make the national quality framework. Based on EQF, Italy has reformed its vocational education and training as well as certificate authentication system, which provide an example for China＇s vocational education.
