摘　　要：知识经济的发展要求企业组织信息化、知识化、创新化、敏捷化。本文通过对虚拟企业产生的理论基础的分析 ,进一步探讨了虚拟企业经营方式的基本特点 ,提出了虚拟组织构建与设计的方式与方法。The development of knowledge economy requires the realization of information,innovation and nimbleness in enterprise organization.Based on the theoretical analysis of their emerging,this paper further discusses the elementary characteristics of operations possessing by the virtual firms,and points out the style and/or the method to set up and construct organizational structure in the virtual enterprises
