摘　　要：本文从隐性文化的内涵入手,分析了隐性文化的特征,探析当前民办高职院校隐性文化缺失的现状及其原因,总结当前隐形文化建设中存在的常见问题,结合建设现状提出几点隐形文化建设组织实施的建议。In this paper,proceeding from the concept of hidden culture,its characteristics were analized,the present situation and reason of lost of hidden culture were explored,problems happened with the construction of hidden culture were sumerized,a few suggestion for Construction and action of hidden culture were put forward.
