摘　　要：职业院校与企业的合作,实质上是校企双方利益的"求同存异",理清二者之间在各方面的利益关系对于真正推动校企合作的长效发展有着重要的意义。建立校企合作利益链,就是在充分认识校企双方利益诉求的基础上进行组织、管理、师资、科研、文化等方面的创新,最大限度地满足职业院校和企业在合作中的共同利益,使校企共同利益最大化。School-enterprise cooperation is in fact the acquisition of mutual interest, and understanding the relationship between them is of great significance to promote long-tern school-enter- prise cooperation. To establish an interest chain for school-en- terprise cooperation can meet the mutual interest of both sides on the maximum degree.
