摘　　要：高校有一个庞大的家庭经济困难学生群体,高校辅导员在家庭困难学生资助工作承担重要的角色,关系学生资助工作的成败。为此,作为高校辅导员,要做到行使资助权力与承担首要责任的统一;通晓资助宏观政策与拟定微观标准的统一;推动经济脱困与精神脱贫的统一。Colleges have large family economic difficulties stu- dents. College instructors play an important role in the funding work of family economic difficulties students, related to success or failure of funding work. Therefore, college instructor should achieve three unifications in performing funding power and bear- ing primary responsibility, being familiar with macro funding pol- icy and making micro standard and getting rid of both economic difficulty and spiritual poverty.
