摘　　要：本文以高校青年体育教师教学能力的现状为基础,深入探讨当前高校青年体育教师教学能力的本质与发展阻因,为高校青年体育教师教学能力的自我完善与发展培养提供理论参考。Abstract Based on the young physical education teachers＇ teaching ability as the foundation, the paper deeply discusses the current teaching ability of young physical education teachers in Colleges and universities because of the nature and development of resistance, as a young physical education teachers＇ teaching a- bility of self-improvement and development to provide theoretical reference.
