摘　　要：本文研究了拟-C半群的结构.利用拟直积的方法,证明了半群S是拟-C半群,当且仅当S是左正规带,Clifford半群和右正规带的拟直积,推广了Clifford半群.In this article, we study the structure of quasi-C semigroups. By quasi-direct product, we prove that a semigroup S is quasi-C semigroup if and only if S is a quasi-direct product of a left normal band, a Clifford semigroup and a right normal band, which generalizes the Clifford semigroup.
