摘  要:采用机械搅拌和超声波搅拌法制备了SiC/A356复合材料,研究了机械搅拌与超声搅拌法制备复合材料的制备工艺,对SiC/A356复合材料的组织进行了分析,并对其硬度和耐磨性进行了测试。结果表明,机械搅拌法制备的复合材料有轻微的界面反应,超声波制备的复合材料组织细小、均匀、致密;SiC尺寸为2~3μm时,超声波搅拌制备的复合材料的硬度是机械搅拌法的1.22倍,耐磨性是机械搅拌法的1.56倍。SiC/A356 composites were prepared by mechanical stirring and by ultrasonic stirring method, and processing parameters of mechanical stirring and ultrasonic stirring were presented. Microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of the SiC/A356 composite prepared by mechanical stirring and by ultrasonic stirring were investigated by SEM (scanning electron microscopy) and Brinell’s machine and friction and wear test machine. The results indicate that there exists slight interface reaction in the composites prepared by mechanical stirring, while the uniform fine and compact structure can be observed in one prepared by ultrasonic stirring. With SiC size in 2~3 μm, compared to those of one prepared by mechanical stirring, the hardness and wear resistance of SiC/A356 composites are improved by 22% and by 56%, respectively.
