摘 要:目的探讨护士层级管理对提高急诊急救护士综合素质的效果。方法选取我院急救中心全体护士2011年作为培训前组,2012年作为培训后组。比较培训前后急诊急救护士基础知识、急救技能、应急能力和沟通能力四个方面综合素质,比较两组考核结果。结果进行分层级管理后,护士的季度操作考核成绩、年度三基考核成绩和病人满意度明显提高。结论护士分层级管理提高了急诊急救护士基础知识、急救技能、应急能力和沟通能力从而提高了急诊护士的综合素质。Objective To study the effect of the nurse management level to improve the comprehensive quality of emergency first aid nurses.Methods Select the nurses of 2011 year in our first aid center as the before training group,and 2012 year as training group.Discussed the examination results of the two groups through comparing their basic knowledge,skills,emergency ability and communication skills before and after training.Results After the hierarchical level management,the nurse's quarterly operation assessment results,annual basic assessment results and patient satisfaction obviously improved.Conclusions The nurse hierarchical level management can improve the emergency nurses ' basic knowledge,first aid skills,emergency ability and communication ability,thus improve the emergency nurse's comprehensive quality.
